The starting day of Analitika Expo 2024, Russia's only cross-industry exhibition of laboratory equipment and chemical reagents, is drawing closer.

Once online registration opened, the Analitika Expo team explored key questions from industry professionals. In this newsletter, we're covering the most common visitor issues in an effort to make each visitor's experience as efficient and comfortable as possible.

1. How can I register for the exhibition?

Besides, you can get a ticket at the ticket office during the exhibition days, but in this case it will cost 1000 rubles.

2. Is the ticket valid for all days or just for one?

The ticket is valid for all days of the exhibition, including the events of the scientific and business agenda – they can be attended free of charge with an exhibition ticket.

3. Where can I find the date and time of the exhibition?

Analitika Expo 2024 will be held on 16 to 18 April at Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow. From 16 to 17 April, the exhibition is open from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m,, and on 18 April from 10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. How to get to the exhibition? Venue and time >>

4. Do I have to print out a ticket?

There is no need to print out a ticket. Just download it to your phone and scan the barcode at the entrance turnstiles of exhibition pavilions. Make sure that your phone screen has a good brightness setting.

5. Is it possible to leave oversized luggage?

You can only leave suitcases and bags for storage, provided that there is space available in the luggage rooms.

6. Is there free parking around Crocus?

Yes, there is a free parking lot (both ground level and covered at several levels) for 35 thousand cars near the Crocus Expo IEC.

7. Where can I stamp my business travel authorisation form?

In the exhibition organizer's office. You can stamp your business travel authorisation form in the organizer's office at the Front Desk.

8. Do I need to register again if a ticket is sent but I can't find it?

No, there's no need for that. If you didn't manage to download the ticket immediately on the site, you can download it from the e-mail – the ticket will be sent to the e-mail entered during registration. In addition, all registered attendees will receive a reminder email with a ticket before the exhibition.

At most, you can contact the registration desk on the days of the exhibition and say that you have previously received an e-ticket. The staff will search the database and print out the badge for you.

9. Where can I find a chart and list of participants?

The list of exhibitors of Analitika Expo 2024 and a file with the plan of exhibition halls will be uploaded to the website closer to the dates of the exhibition. Follow the updates on the exhibition website.

10. Can I get the Excel list of exhibitors?

No, the exhibitor list is not distributed in .xlsx format. You can check out all the exhibitors of Analitika Expo 2024 in the rubric posted on the website. The rubric is easy to use – companies can be filtered by country, product and name.
